Private Sessions
I am a Movement Specialist and Licensed Massage Therapist who combines Pilates-based somatic movement with therapeutic manual therapies to support health and healing. I believe that the combination of movement and manual therapy is key to both preventative and rehabilitative care, and the balance of those elements should be determined by your unique body’s needs.
We will work together to alleviate aches and pain, release restrictions of movement, ease physical and emotional distress, and find tools that you can use to support your health and well-being.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial release uses gentle, sustained pressure to facilitate an unwinding of the facial web that runs through and is your multi-dimensional body. We will move slowly and listen to the body’s natural rhythm, allowing the fascia to unwind where there is restriction, rehydrate where there is stiffness, and reorganize to allow for healthier alignment and pain-free movement.

Zero Balancing
Zero Balancing is a powerful body-mind therapy that uses skilled touch to address the relationship between energy and structures of the body. Following a protocol, I will use finger pressure and gentle traction on areas of tension in the bones, joints and soft tissue to create fulcrums, or points of balance, around which the body can relax and reorganize. Zero Balancing focuses primarily on key joints of our skeleton that conduct and balance forces of gravity, posture and movement. By addressing the deepest and densest tissues of the body along with soft tissue and energy fields, Zero Balancing helps to clear blocks in the body’s energy flow, amplify vitality and contribute to better postural alignment. A Zero Balancing session leaves you with a wonderful feeling of inner harmony and organization.
Pilates-based Somatic Movement
These therapeutic movement sessions will incorporate contemporary Pilates, Corrective Exercise, Hannah Somatics, Muscle Energy Techniques, Myofascial Unwinding, and Restorative Exercise to support functional alignment and healthy movement patterns. Whether it is to address chronic pain, rehabilitate an injury, enhance performance, or simply reconnect with your amazing body, a unique session is crafted.
